Dean Keating, AI Automation Consultant: Working With Guildford Businesses From Horndean

A publisher with a profile on his own site

This directory held 827 business profiles across 18 categories on 10 October 2026, from restaurants and beauty salons to solicitors and plumbers. One more profile sits under AI automation, and it belongs to the person who publishes the site. That is Dean Keating. Because he runs both, he is listed but never ranked, and nothing here should be read as an independent review.

What he builds

Dean builds AI agents. An agent is software that does a defined job inside the tools a business already uses, without somebody typing it out each time. The jobs his website lists are:

• replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night
• following up every lead until they book or say no
• sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody has answered
• booking jobs into the diary
• answering common questions across email, web and WhatsApp
• sorting and routing messages, and escalating to a person when needed
• sending updates, confirmations and reminders
• raising invoices and chasing late payments
• copying details from one system to another
• putting together the weekly report

His website describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. He builds, he installs, he trains your people and he stays on to support it.

Where he is

He lives and works in Horndean, Hampshire. He is not in the town this directory covers and has no office here. The building and installing is done remotely and his website says it can be done anywhere in the UK. It also says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. If you want somebody in the room, say so on the first call, and look at providers based near you as well.

The background he gives

From his own site: a Shopify 10K Award winner, more than ten years in marketing, more than a million orders driven through Meta ads, and five years as a professional stand-up comedian before that. He has no rated Google business listing, so there is no review score to show. He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO.

How a first conversation goes

There are four steps: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He starts with the single task that would make the most difference. You come away from the call with a plan you can use with him or without him.

Cost

No price list is published. The cost is given after the free call and there is no obligation to go ahead.

Before you decide

Speak to more than one provider. Our comparison of AI coaches and consultants lists others who work with local firms, and the AI consultant guide has questions worth asking each of them.
